Shipping

Most of our products ship at no additional cost within the continental United States. If you'd like to ship your purchases to places like Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii, please contact us for a quote.
Product Availability
When you purchase from VELABODY, we ensure that in-stock products are prepared and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If any products are unavailable at that time, we will notify you immediately to offer alternatives or arrange shipping.
Partial Shipments
Occasionally, orders may be shipped from different locations, meaning you may receive your products in separate deliveries. There will be no additional charges for these multiple shipments, and we will keep you informed at every step.
Packaging Safety
We make sure each product is well packaged to prevent damage during shipping. If you notice any damage to the package upon receipt, please notify the carrier and our customer service team immediately within 24 hours.
Shipping Methods
Most of our shipments are made via ground transportation, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 6 business days. For larger items, we utilize freight forwarding services, which include curbside delivery for commercial addresses.
